Roll-up financials to Q/HY/FY ends and sense-check using sum, range, min, max, etc and a heat map.
Input Parameters/Data
To: Aggregate to Quarterly, Half Yearly or Yearly.
By: Aggregate by Sum, Mean, Minimum, Maximum, Range, First or Last.
Half Year End: Could be Mar/Sep or Jun/Dec.
Full Year End: Could be Mar, Jun, Sep or Dec.
Heatmap Style: Toggle to include a heat map of the aggregated data to visualize trends, outliers or errors.
Data Input: Row(s) and column(s) of data.
Notes
Unused rows are hidden (from bottom). Rows without labels are ignored.
Unused columns are hidden (from right). Columns without dates are ignored.
Output
Data: Output of the aggregated financials.
